Patrick A. Kriegshauser serves as Executive Vice President and a director of ArchKey Holdings, Inc., a privately held company, having previously served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 2017 until July 2023. Mr. Kriegshauser has also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and principal owner of Sachs Electric Company, which is owned by ArchKey Holdings, Inc.
